Ami Amor, will accept for exchange or store credit of merchandise in new condition, unworn and free of damage with in 14 days of original purchase date. Items cannot be exchanged or receive store credit after 14 days. Simply email us the order number and item you would like to exchange with in 14 days. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are non refundable. 

If you need to make an exchange, please email us at sales@amiamorboutique.com with your order number and item. 

1. we will provide you with a no-cost to you return label. 

2. you can use your own shipping method and at your own cost. 

We ONLY accept refunds if the item you received was damaged during transport/shipping or if you received the wrong item, please email us at sales@amiamorboutique.com with your order number, item, reason for the return and or picture of item. We will only accept the return if we are notified with in 5 business days of receiving your package.
